Prices are fpr property per week and include:
All services - gas,water and electricity
All bed and bath linen which are changed weekly
Full clean immediately prior to your stay.

A booking is confirmed when we receive a deposit of 25% of the full rental payment.

The balance of the payment plus a security deposit must be received no later than 8 weeks before arrival.

The full rental amount plus a security deposit must be paid when a booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.

A security deposit of £150 is held against loss, damage or neglect of the property and its contents or for very excessive cleaning requirements.The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure and deducions will only be made for wilful damage or irresponsible behavior not for normal wear and tear.

Payment can be made by bank transfer either to our UK or Spanish bank accounts.On receipt of confirmation that you intend to make payment we will hold the dates you require for 7 days which enables you to book your flights and car hire.
